OUR 14-DAY RETURNS POLICY IS STILL OPERATING. PLEASE BE AWARE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING YOUR ITEM. IF DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO GET YOUR RETURN BACK TO US
PLEASE EMAIL : STATING YOUR ORDER NUMBER, WITHIN PLENTY OF TIME OF 14 DAY PERIOD EXPIRING AND WE CAN HELP WITH ADVICE ON HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
If your item isn’t quite right we will happily offer an exchange or refund for all ONLINE purchases only, providing the following
The item(s) are in saleable condition and have not been worn
Any original packaging, labels and the do not remove tags are attached. Without these we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please be aware cosmetics, underwear and jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

For refunds, please be aware you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item and we recommend using a trackable service as Little Sister cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damage during the return process.
Should you like to exchange your item(s) please be aware you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item you originally bought and wish to return to swap. However we will send out your replacement free of charge. (Please note this applies to UK orders only.
Please be aware you will be responsible for all return and additional shipping costs for both Refunds and Exchanges.
To complete your return simply:
DURING COVID 19, please email before shipping, stating your reason for return and if you require an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in original packaging within 14 days. Please include your order number somewhere inside the package.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you have received free shipping, returned items requiring a refund not an exchanged will have our delivery costs deducted from the amount refunded. Please see our shipping costs for more details.
Once your item has been returned we will notify you via email and if accepted will refund you via your original payment method. This may take between 5-7 working days to clear.
REFUNDS APPLY ONLY TO ONLINE SALES ITEMS!
If you believe your item has arrived faulty please contact us via email within 24hrs of receipt, explaining the issues -
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, all our items are checked thoroughly before being sent. If your item is deemed faulty, we will do our best to offer you a replacement or repair, should we consider the item to be subject to fair wear and tear will will not accept this as a fault.
If a replacement is not be available, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred with the following brackets, UK up to £6.00, Europe up to £16.00, rest of the world up to £35.00, with proof of purchase shipping receipt will be reimbursed. Credit notes can be used on our website, should you wish to purchase something online with your credit note please please email with your credit note number and balance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Unfortunately Little Sister cannot offer in store returns & refunds. We encourage all our customers to try items on in store to ensure they're completely satisfied before purchase.
